Eric V. Holtzclaw is founder and CEO of Laddering Works, a marketing and product strategy firm. Doug Isenberg, an attorney in Atlanta, has been called “an international authority on Internet law” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. He began practicing Internet law in 1996, about the same time that legal issues started becoming commonplace online. In 2000, he launched a website about Internet legal issues called GigaLaw.com; in 2002, Random House published his book, “The GigaLaw Guide to Internet Law”; and in 2005 he started his own legal practice at The GigaLaw Firm, where he helps clients of all sizes protect themselves and their brands online. Doug has taught Internet law at Georgia State University College of Law and speaks frequently about the topic. He spends a significant portion of his time on domain name issues, helping clients acquire domain names and fight cybersquatters. He also serves as a domain panelist for four international dispute providers, including the UN’s World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva.
