For more than a decade, Laura Waage served as a Sales Manager, Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator and Presenter. She has worked with thousands of businesses of varying sizes, helping them to design better business practices, increase their revenues and create heightened customer experiences.

To compliment her extensive business background, Laura is also a Certified Coach who received her formal training from the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention and the University of San Francisco Center for Child and Family Development.

Laura combined her professional experience with her coaching certification to create a dynamic organization: morphos, LLC. As founder and CEO, Laura effectively helps entrepreneurs to identify the obstacles that stand in their way, and design and implement an actionable business plan that moves their company from functional to exceptional.

Laura’s unique method of understanding a client’s business, assisting them in reconnecting with WHY they started down an entrepreneurial path, and crafting a plan that creates congruence between the WHY and the HOW has earned her the title of “The Structured Entrepreneur”.
